Donate to the Meadow Heights PTA
Funding from the state, district and other sources help finance basic resources for our school. The PTA is able to fill in gaps to enrich the student experience with events and campus programs. Every family is asked to consider making a donation to support the Meadow Heights PTA each year.
This year, the requested donation per family is $500,
but donations of any amount make a difference and are appreciated.
Donations may be tax-deductible and many employers offer a company match,
so review with your employer before donating to make the most of your donation.
Meadow Heights PTA is a 501(c)(3) charity, EIN/Tax ID: 94-6184069.
Our PTA focuses on three primary campaigns:
Direct Donation - any time of year
Our biggest source of annual fundraising is to donate directly to the school all year to help fund our highest priority areas: * Classes: Lego Lab, Music & Art * Enrichment programs like field trips & assemblies *Events like the Ice Cream Social, Harvest event & Staff Appreciation

Mustang Stampede - in late spring
The Mustang Stampede is more than just a race; it's a chance for our students to come together, get active, and support the programs that make our school special. Let's make a difference, one stride at a time!

Auction - usually in late winter
The Auction is a fundraising opportunity for families to bid on community and school items, activities and experiences. The format and details for the Auction will be shared soon.
